WHAT'S THERAPY ALL ABOUT?

When you are in a stuck place, it can be difficult to know where to even start the road to change. You may not even fully know what you want that change to be right now. That you are here on my website suggests you are considering that therapy may be a part of the solution for you and you hold some hope that things can improve.

Therapy is often transformative but can also be hard work. Let's just acknowledge that at the outset. That doesn't mean it isn't worth doing though. Staying stuck tends to soak up so much of our time, energy, and lives because we can stay in that place indefinitely. Even if it's miserable, it's also comfortable and familiar. But isn't it time to decide that you deserve to wake up feeling energized and hopeful about your life and future? Therapy is about investing in the work it will take to get to that new, more beautiful place.

Take a deep breath and let's dive in to the meaningful work of transformation.
